Me Score
Your Me Score is the one number that represents your current physical performance–your Movement Efficiency. It is a predictor of performance and injury, it is a projector of athleticism, and it is prescript-or for training.
The foundation of the Me Score is to take the principles of physics and apply them intelligently given your physical output and anthropometric measurements (e.g. height, weight). This allows us to see where you are now relative to your genetic potential.
Me Score Training
Me Score Training focuses on improving your weaknesses, balancing your body, and enhancing your genetic attributes.
We believe in the KISS methodology of training and do not give into the trends or the research-based assumptions of S&C that have no practical use in the real world. We believe in physiological age before biological age no matter what a guardian may believe.
